The youngest ages will play games in Yukon at Ranchwood fields; 209 Linda Ln, Yukon, OK 73099. Older teams will play inter league with Mustang and Tuttle. The teams in the U14-U19 divisions will play in the OSA Travel Rec League/Metro. Games will most likely be on Saturdays for all in house rec teams with the exceptions for weather or scheduling issues. Any Sunday games will be in the afternoon. Traveling Rec games are assigned by Oklahoma Soccer association. Players will play with their birth year, not by school grade. Players can play up but not down.

*** Players must have their birth certificates verified prior to their first game. You may also bring your players birth certificate to walk up registration, (even if you registered online). It will need to be verified by a board member. Do Not send pictures of birth certificates by text, Facebook messenger or email.

Coaches will start to reach out to players after the coaches meeting. Returning players will automatically be assigned to the same team unless the player is requesting to move to another team, other team does not return, age division conflict or late registration. Due to the reoccurring volume of late registrations, late fees will be applied. Please keep in mind that late registrations are placed only as space is available and all on time registrations will be placed first. This means if you register late you may not be placed on your returning team.

Coaches are responsible for coordinating practice dates/times/location and uniforms for their teams. Typically, most teams practice one-two times per week for about 45min-1hr with games primarily on Saturdays. Some games may be scheduled on Sunday afternoon and an occasional make-up game on a weeknight is possible.

If you are interested in coaching, please let us know. You do not need any previous coaching experience, you will be the coach of your child’s team. We have board members who can provide helpful information to coaches about practice tips and game rules. A non-mandatory coaches meeting and clinic is also provided to help you get started if you like. Two short online trainings as well as a background check are required at no cost for any coach at YSC. We appreciate all volunteers willing to coach and help make the Yukon Soccer Club a success.

Thank you to all YSC coaches!

Players will need soccer socks and shin guards (worn under socks). Cleats are recommended (soccer cleats do not have a toe cleat). Teams will coordinate ordering jerseys/t-shirts and sometimes shorts.
